About Edelman UK Digital

Edelman UK's Digital team is a central specialist team working across the agency's client portfolio. We partner with sector, corporate, brand, health and public affairs teams to deliver digital-first and web-enabled digital work for clients and internal Edelman teams.

Our work spans social strategy, content planning, platform counsel, paid and organic social, social listening, community management, creator work, analytics, digital reputation, content production workflows and website content.

As a central team, we often work as digital specialists within wider Edelman teams. This means our roles require strong digital craft, commercial awareness, internal collaboration and the ability to move between counsel, project management and hands-on delivery.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join Edelman UK's Digital team.

As part of our central digital specialist team, you'll partner with colleagues across corporate, brand, health and public affairs to deliver social-first and digital communications for some of the world's leading brands and organisations.

You will play a key part in delivering integrated, award-winning global campaigns, spanning B2B and B2C communications, with a focus on developing content strategies, supporting thought leadership, creating engaging social content, managing the social presence for brands and executives, and advising clients on how to connect with audiences across the digital ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with delivery. You'll lead digital workstreams from planning through delivery, act as a trusted day-to-day advisor to clients and integrated account teams, and help deliver high-quality social and digital programmes that drives measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day delivery of digital and social workstreams across a range of clients.

Develop digital strategies, content plans and channel recommendations informed by audience insight, platform behaviour and performance data.

Manage content development, approvals, publishing, community management and reporting.

Collaborate with creative, paid media, analytics and production specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.

Translate communications objectives into practical digital recommendations and advise clients on platforms, content and best practice.

Produce clear, client-ready presentations, reports and recommendations.

Identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Support new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the Digital team.

Coach and support junior colleagues, helping maintain high standards across delivery.

Your Experience

You'll bring strong digital expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach to solving problems. You're equally comfortable advising clients, managing projects and getting into the detail of delivery to ensure our counsel and work is delivered to the highest standard.

You'll have:

Experience delivering digital communications and social media programmes, ideally in an agency environment.

Strong understanding of social platforms, content strategy, community management, paid and organic social, analytics and reporting.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Confidence developing client recommendations and presenting digital thinking.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, paid media and analytics.

Strong writing, editing and PowerPoint skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

An interest in emerging platforms, AI and the evolving digital landscape.
