About the role

Realtà operante nel settore dei servizi alla clientela e customer care ricerca un/una Responsabile Vendite da inserire nel proprio team, con responsabilità di coordinamento delle attività commerciali e gestione relazionale con i clienti.

Attività previste:

Coordinamento e supervisione delle attività di vendita e supporto clienti

Definizione e implementazione di strategie commerciali orientate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi

Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, assicurando relazioni di lungo termine

Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e analisi dei risultati

Supporto operativo al team commerciale con attività di formazione e motivazione

Elaborazione di reportistica periodica sulla situazione commerciale

Requisiti richiesti:

Diploma di scuola superiore

esperienza nel ruolo in ruoli commerciali o di gestione vendite

Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali

Spiccate doti comunicative e orientamento al risultato

Dimestichezza con i principali strumenti informatici

Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio quando necessario

Offerta e benefit:

Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con prospettiva di proroga

Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali

Retribuzione lorda mensile 1.800-2.200 € in base all'esperienza

Sistema di incentivi legato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi

Affiancamento operativo nei primi giorni di inserimento

Formazione continua su prodotti e processi aziendali
