Attività previste:

ricezione e gestione delle richieste clienti via telefono, email e chat

registrazione delle pratiche su gestionale interno e aggiornamento database

supporto nella compilazione di moduli e documentazione contrattuale

coordinamento con i consulenti per la pianificazione degli appuntamenti

monitoraggio delle segnalazioni post-servizio e feed-back clienti

Requisiti richiesti:

diploma di scuola superiore

ottime capacità comunicative, scritte e orali

orientamento al cliente e attitudine al problem solving

dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e gestionali

precisione e capacità di lavorare in team

Offerta e benefit:

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400-1.600 €

contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato

orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì

Formazione continua sulle procedure e sui servizi di consulenza
