Job Title: Salesforce Technical Functional Program Architect

Job Location : Mississauga, Ontario - Canada

Summary

Leads the technical and functional architecture for largescale Salesforce programs bridging business requirements with scalable secure and maintainable technical solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds Sales Service Experience Marketing etc

Key Responsibilities

Define endtoend architecture data model integrations security automation for Salesforce programs spanning multiple teamsprojects

Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications

Establish governance standards coding practices release management org strategy single vs multiorg

Lead integration architecture MuleSoft RESTSOAP APIs middleware with ERP CRM and thirdparty systems

Oversee data architecture migration strategy and data quality across the platform

Guide development teams on Apex LWC Flow and declarative vs programmatic tradeoffs

Conduct architecture reviews technical debt assessments and scalabilityperformance audits

Partner with Salesforce Account Executives and Solution Engineers on roadmap and licensing decisions

Mentor solution architects technical leads and developers

Required Qualifications

9 years in Salesforce ecosystem 3 years in an architectlevel role

Salesforce certifications Application Architect andor System Architect Certified Technical Architect a plus

Deep expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components Flow and platform events

Strong experience with integration patterns and middleware CPIBoomi etc

Experience across multiple clouds Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Marketing CloudCPQ a plus

Proven track record leading large multiteam programs not just single projects

Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences

Preferred

Experience with DevOps tools Copado

Prior consulting experience at a Salesforce implementation partner

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Integration (Rest, Soap, Streaming APIs, Event), Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Benefits

Compensation range: $140,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
