About the Role
The ECL Program Mentor will guide students across two pathways: entrepreneurship and corporate careers. The role combines business education, career development, industry exposure, market intelligence, communication training, and practical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Program Design: Develop and continuously improve practical content covering entrepreneurship, business strategy, career development, communication, and emerging industry trends.
Entrepreneurship Mentorship: Guide students from idea generation and validation through business planning, market entry, pitching, fundraising, and growth. Support market research, customer validation, business models, and startup readiness.
Market Intelligence & Industry Exposure: Introduce students to global markets, business trends, emerging industries, entrepreneurs, companies, and industry professionals. Facilitate guest sessions, workshops, networking, and practical exposure.
Career Readiness: Prepare students for competitive corporate careers through CV/LinkedIn development, interview preparation, business communication, presentations, case interviews, assessments, professional etiquette, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving.
Confidence & Communication: Develop students' public speaking, presentation, pitching, debating, and professional communication skills through regular practice and feedback.
Student Mentoring: Conduct individual and group mentoring, understand student goals, track progress, provide feedback, and create personalised development plans.
Industry & Employer Engagement: Build relationships with employers, recruiters, entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders to create opportunities for internships, employment, mentorship, and networking.
Outcomes & Performance: Establish milestones and track outcomes, ensuring students graduate with tangible results such as a validated business idea, investor-ready pitch, career roadmap, professional profile, interview readiness, strong communication skills, and industry exposure.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
