About the role

The Part-Time Production Support Operator plays a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the production facility. This hands-on role ensures production schedules are met, food safety and quality standards are maintained, and the production area operates efficiently.

The successful candidate will be flexible, organised and willing to work across all aspects of production, packing, cleaning and stock handling while supporting continuous improvement within the facility.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Support

Assist with daily food production according to production schedules.

Prepare ingredients and equipment for production runs.

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Pack, label and prepare finished products for dispatch.

Maintain production records accurately.

Operational Support

Support the Site Manager in achieving daily production targets.

Assist with stock rotation, stock counts and inventory control.

Receive and organise deliveries.

Prepare production materials and packaging for upcoming production runs.

Report equipment issues or maintenance requirements promptly.

Food Safety & Quality

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping.

Follow all HACCP procedures, food safety regulations and company policies.

Carry out cleaning and sanitation tasks according to cleaning schedules.

Assist with quality checks throughout production.

Ensure products meet company quality standards before dispatch.

Health & Safety

Follow all health and safety procedures.

Wear and maintain appropriate PPE.

Identify and report hazards or unsafe practices.

Help maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace.

Pay: €14.15-€17.00 per hour
