We zoeken een Business / Data Analyst met sterke Power BI skills die businessvraagstukken kan vertalen naar heldere dashboards, rapportages en concrete verbeteracties.

Jouw rol

Als Business / Data Analyst ben jij de schakel tussen business en IT. Je:

Haalt requirements op bij stakeholders en vertaalt deze naar datamodellen en rapportages.

Ontwerpt, bouwt en beheert Power BI dashboards en rapportages voor verschillende afdelingen.

Analyseert data en signaleert trends, risico’s en kansen.

Adviseert management en teams op basis van jouw analyses en visualisaties.

Werkt samen met data engineers/IT om de juiste data beschikbaar en kwalitatief goed te krijgen.

Draagt bij aan verdere professionalisering van datagedreven werken binnen de organisatie.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden

Inventariseren van informatiebehoeften bij business stakeholders.

Opzetten en onderhouden van Power BI datasets, datamodellen en rapportages.

Uitvoeren van data-analyses (trendanalyses, KPI-monitoring, ad-hoc analyses).

Vertalen van complexe data naar begrijpelijke inzichten en aanbevelingen.

Documenteren van rapportages, definities en datalijnen (data lineage).

Bewaken van datakwaliteit en meedenken over verbeteringen in bronprocessen.

Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij het interpreteren van dashboards (user adoption).

Bijdragen aan standaardisatie van KPI’s en rapportages binnen de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

Afgeronde HBO/WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Business, Economie, Informatica, Data Science of vergelijkbaar.

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst, Data Analyst of vergelijkbare rol.

Aantoonbare ervaring met Power BI (datamodellering, DAX, visualisaties, security).

Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met datagedreven besluitvorming.

Ervaring met SQL en/of andere dataquery-tools is een pré.

Ervaring met het werken in Agile/ Scrum-teams is een pré.
