About the role

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a digital storyteller, marketing mastermind and content creator all rolled into one.

As VicScreen's Marketing and Digital Communications Lead, you'll drive our digital presence across web, social and email, creating campaigns and content that connect our community with the programs, people and stories shaping Victoria's screen industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications, you'll be a natural multitasker with a knack for crafting compelling content, spotting the next big trend and knowing exactly how to engage everyone from industry stakeholders to passionate screen fans.

HERE'S A GLIMPSE AT WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Lead the customer experience across VicScreen's digital ecosystem including website, social media, email marketing and emerging platforms.

Create compelling campaigns and content that inform, inspire and engage audiences across the Victorian screen industry and beyond.

Manage creative projects from planning to delivery, collaborating with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to produce standout assets.

Build and grow online communities through meaningful engagement and storytelling.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media and marketing.

Technical Know-how: Experience in managing communications channels across websites (including UX), email marketing platforms and social media channels.

Communication Skills: You're a natural communicator who can craft content that resonates with everyone from emerging creatives to industry leaders and screen-loving audiences.

Data-Driven Thinking: Comfortable turning analytics and audience insights into practical actions that improve campaign performance and user experience.

Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality content- day-in, day-out.
