Role Purpose

The Salon Manager ensures high-quality client experiences, manages daily salon operations, drives business growth, and leads a skilled team. Responsibilities include client service, retail and stock management, financial oversight, staff development, and operational efficiency, all in line with Peter Mark’s standards.

Manage salon operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
