Your mission

As (Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing, you will support the development, implementation and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework. You will act as a trusted business partner to finance, tax and operational stakeholders worldwide and ensure the consistent application of transfer pricing policies across the Group.

Manage and coordinate global transfer pricing compliance activities, including preparation of Master Files, Local Files, intercompany agreements and related disclosures and reporting obligations

Develop practical and sustainable transfer pricing solutions and translate complex tax matters into actionable business recommendations

Drive the implementation and governance of PUMA’s global transfer pricing framework, monitor operational transfer pricing outcomes and proactively manage risks and corrective actions

Support transfer pricing audits and dispute resolution processes, including related stakeholder management

Contribute to strategic projects, business transformations and the continuous enhancement of PUMA’s transfer pricing framework

Act as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing matters across business, finance and operational functions.

Your talent

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field

5+ years of transfer pricing experience in a multinational environment and/or a leading tax advisory firm

Strong technical expertise in OECD transfer pricing principles and international taxation

Analytical, business-oriented and solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

Business fluency in German and English; advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SAP, Hyperion or similar systems.
