About the role

What does the average day look like?

Each day brings a mix of collaboration, analysis, and problem-solving. You'll start by reviewing and managing data requests from OH and business stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards. You'll engage with subject matter experts to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

A typical day includes documenting current processes, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities, and supporting the development of new workflows that improve service delivery. You'll also contribute to change planning, maintain functional documentation, and help ensure that OH services are aligned with Network Rail's strategic goals.

A little bit about the team...

We work collaboratively across the business to deliver data-driven insights, streamline processes, and enable effective service delivery. The team is responsible for managing and assuring the quality of data requests from both internal OH stakeholders and wider business partners.

We contribute to the development of clear and consistent requirements, analyse current and future workflows, and support the transition to improved ways of working. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and change planning, we ensure our services are aligned with Network Rail standards and deliver measurable benefits to the organisation.
