The Role

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

Full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and leadership positions.

Talent sourcing for hard-to-fill and niche roles.

Executive search and passive candidate sourcing.

Workforce planning and talent pipelining.

Competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.

Offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Skills & Requirements

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

LinkedIn Recruiter.

Recruitment analytics and reporting tools

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Relationship building.

Stakeholder management.

Negotiation and influencing.

Presentation and facilitation.

Candidate experience management.
