At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Senior Coordinator – Campus Recruitment who brings strong capability in coordination and stakeholder management and is motivated to deliver accurate, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including requisition creation, application screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
Use your organisation and prioritisation skills to deliver tasks within agreed SLAs and maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance
Apply your attention to detail to conduct 4-eye checks and ensure data accuracy and adherence to recruitment policies
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience
Use your communication skills to respond to candidate queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Support and guide colleagues by reviewing work allocation and ensuring output quality across the team
Drive process improvements by identifying efficiencies and contributing to updates of operational documentation
Manage administrative activities such as invoicing, reporting, PO creation, and ATS updates using your technical and system skills
Deliver a positive client and candidate experience by maintaining service excellence and meeting satisfaction targets
Skills & Requirements
Must-have:
Demonstrated ability in recruitment coordination or high-volume administrative environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data and documentation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment
Strength in stakeholder communication and relationship building across different functions
Ability to follow processes and guidelines while maintaining compliance with policies
Proven ability to deliver outcomes consistently and meet performance targets (e.g. SLAs, utilisation, quality)
Familiarity with MS Office tools and recruitment or administration systems, or the ability to learn quickly
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage queries and escalations
Nice-to-have:
Experience in campus recruitment or early careers hiring environments
Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
Ability to support others through knowledge sharing or informal leadership
Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives
Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams
