Shipment Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling, routing, and dispatching of shipments or deliveries. This

includes planning and organizing logistics, determining the most efficient routes, and ensuring timely pickup and

delivery of goods.

 Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking information, and any other

required documentation for auditing or reporting purposes.

 Communication: Liaise with various stakeholders including checker and drivers. Provide updates on shipment

status, address inquiries or concerns, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation.

 Route Optimization: Optimize the routing of shipments to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and reduce

delivery time. Consider factors such as distance, traffic conditions, carrier availability, and customer requirements.

 Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that occur during the transportation

process. This may include addressing transportation disruptions, coordinating alternative routes or carriers, and

resolving customer complaints or discrepancies.

 Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs procedures, and

industry standards. Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations to ensure that shipments meet legal and

regulatory requirements.

 Technology Utilization: Utilize dispatching software, transportation management systems, or other technological

tools to track shipments.

 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency

enhancements within the dispatching operations.

 Risk Management: Mitigate risks associated with transportation, such as cargo loss or damage, theft, delays, and

compliance issues.

 Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as checker, driver, or other departments within

the organization, to ensure smooth coordination and efficient transportation operations.
