We are currently hiring for Voice and Non-Voice accounts (subject to account availability). Whether you're an experienced BPO professional, a fresh graduate, a career shifter, or someone looking to start a career in customer service, we welcome your application.

Qualifications

At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

At least 6 months of international customer service experience is an advantage

Applicants with no BPO experience are welcome, provided they have good communication skills

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

College Level applicants with at least 2 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, including 3 months of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience

College Graduates with at least 1 year of Technical Support Representative (TSR) experience
