The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist Contractor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys structured work that directly supports a fast-paced recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

Support with acquisition related data transfer and organization

Accurately transfer caregiver applicant information from into WellSky

Review all data for completeness and flag missing or inconsistent information

Maintain organized, up-to-date records, pull reports to be shared with team

Support the Caregiver Recruitment team with administrative and data-related tasks

Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Meet accuracy and timeliness expectations for data entry

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience working EST (night shift) hours

Previous data analysis and recruiting support experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-focused work

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

Experience with WellSky is a major plus

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
