About the role

Keep our supply chain moving – ensuring 100% material availability for next-level radar systems.

As our Senior Procurement Specialist, you keep our supply chain running smoothly and secure critical components for high-tech radars. You own key supplier relationships, resolve complex delivery bottlenecks, and mentor junior buyers across the team. Working closely with Production, Logistics, Service & Support, and Sales, you ensure parts arrive on time. You report to the Head of Procurement and keep our production line moving without a hitch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Strategic sourcing and negotiation: Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate competitive purchasing terms and pricing. Focus on high-complexity categories like PCBs, custom cabling, and computer components.

- Supplier relationship management: Manage daily vendor operations and build strong long-term relationships with critical suppliers. Conduct regular performance reviews and on-site visits to drive continuous improvement.

- Operational supply chain support: Ensure on-time sourcing of parts for Manufacturing and Service & Support teams. Resolve daily supply chain showstoppers and coordinate non-conformances quickly across departments.

- Data integrity and system accuracy: Maintain precise supplier and category data in our ERP system. Keep lead times, contact details, and BOM cost prices up to date at all times.

- Process improvement and escalation: Act as the primary escalation point for complex delivery disputes and bottlenecks. Identify process gaps and implement practical automation to boost purchasing efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

- BA or MSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience in technical manufacturing.

- Strong background in sourcing electronics, PCBs, cabling, and computing hardware.

- Deep expertise in ERP systems like SAP or NetSuite and MRP logic.

- Fluent English, both spoken and written.

- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and high attention to detail.

- Collaborative team player comfortable communicating across diverse cultures and technical teams.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites.

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.
