To take our production, purchasing and entire logistics to the next level, we are looking for a structured personality to join our Operations team. What awaits you here is not a romanticised cliché of the equine industry, but genuine supply chain management: a modern working environment in which you actively manage and optimise processes from procurement through manufacturing partners to fulfilment, and take responsibility for our ability to deliver.

Your responsibilities

Purchasing & Supplier Management: You handle operational purchasing, negotiate terms, and manage the communication with and development of our producers and manufacturing partners.

Production & Assembly Organization: You structure and optimize our internal assembly and production processes to ensure consistently high quality.

Logistics & Fulfillment: You manage our external logistics and fulfillment providers and ensure smooth processes all the way to the customer.

Quality Assurance & Process Optimization: You take responsibility for compliance with our quality standards and continuously develop the processes along the entire supply chain.

Product & White-Label Launch: You actively support the team in the operational launch of new products and white-label solutions in the market.

Your Profile

Solid experience in an operations environment: You bring experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a comparable operational role.

Strong process and quality mindset: You think in clear structures, have an eye for detail, and enjoy improving existing processes in measurable ways.

Negotiation skills and assertiveness: You communicate clearly, argue on a sound factual basis, and are confident in negotiations with suppliers.

Very good German and English skills: Since some of our manufacturing partners and suppliers operate internationally, you communicate fluently in both languages.

No industry knowledge required: What matters to us is that supply chain is in your blood and that you are passionate about optimizing physical products - you don't need to be a horse person.
