¿Qué harás en el equipo?

Tu misión será la atención tanto presencial como telefónica del paciente de acuerdo con los parámetros fijados en el Hospital, con objeto de garantizar un servicio y trato excelente al paciente.

Atención, tanto personal como telefónica, a los pacientes que llamen o acudan al Hospital/Centro Médico.

Asesoramiento y resolución de problemas que puedan plantear los pacientes.

Realizar las tareas administrativas para la citación y agendas de los servicios médicos.

Coordinar las actividades con las de otros profesionales del centro.

¿Qué necesitas?

Buscamos profesionales con muchas ganas y pasión por ayudar a los demás y ofrecer lo mejor de ellos mismos.

Formación:

Grado Medio/Superior.

Experiencia:

Valorable experiencia mínima de 1 año como Recepcionista en sector sanitario.

Idiomas:

Valorable buen nivel de inglés.

Otras habilidades y conocimientos:

Persona organizada, resolutiva, meticulosa, con iniciativa y con habilidad para desarrollar buenas interrelaciones con los pacientes y otros departamentos.
