About the role

Per il nostro team HR cerchiamo un/una impiegato/a da inserire nell'ufficio Risorse Umane di una realtà commerciale attiva nella distribuzione di prodotti di largo consumo. La persona si occuperà di attività amministrative e di supporto alla gestione del personale operativo e commerciale, collaborando con il responsabile di funzione per garantire fluidità nei processi interni.

Attività previste

organizzazione dell'agenda colloqui e supporto alle fasi di selezione

monitoraggio presenze e gestione dati sul gestionale aziendale

aggiornamento della documentazione contrattuale e delle scadenze del personale

predisposizione di reportistica di base per la direzione

Requisiti richiesti

diploma di scuola secondaria superiore

buona conoscenza di Excel, Word e posta elettronica

precisione e capacità di rispettare scadenze

interesse per l'ambito HR e gestione del personale

anche senza esperienza pregressa

Offerta e benefit

contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi con possibile proroga

orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì (08:30–12:30 / 13:30–17:30)

retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1.400–1.750 €

affiancamento iniziale e formazione operativa retribuita
