Who We Want Arrive Logistics is seeking a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented Risk Manager to protect our operations against carrier fraud, strategic cargo theft, and operational risk. In this role, you won't just be managing risk behind a screen; you will be the bridge between the Risk department and our Carrier Sales teams. A massive part of your success will rely on your ability to build strong internal relationships, evangelize risk best practices, and teach our sales teams why risk protocols matter and how they protect our business. The ideal candidate will combine a deep focus on theft prevention and ticket KPI management with the excellent communication skills needed to educate internal stakeholders, keeping Arrive safe without halting velocity.
