Join our collaborative People Services team and become a trusted HR partner supporting employees and managers across Germany and Europe.
This is a varied, hands-on HR advisory role where you'll provide guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, build strong relationships with leaders, and contribute to creating an exceptional employee experience. Working within an international, matrix organisation, you'll have the opportunity to influence HR initiatives, improve processes and support a business with a meaningful global purpose.
Key responsibilities
Provide trusted HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
Guide managers on employee relations matters including probation, performance, contract changes, disciplinary processes, investigations and terminations
Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination and offers
Deliver an engaging onboarding experience, including inductions and new starter follow-up
Validate monthly payroll changes and support compensation and benefits processes
Support annual HR initiatives including performance reviews, engagement, wellbeing, learning and DE&I programmes
Produce HR reports and workforce insights to support business decisions
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and organisational development initiatives across Europe
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure responsive, professional HR support
About you
Strong HR advisory, operations and employee lifecycle experience
Good knowledge of German employment law and experience working with Works Councils
Confident managing employee relations matters and advising managers
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with international teams
Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office 365; SuccessFactors or ADP experience is an advantage
Fluent German and English
