Job Description

Partner with stakeholders, backend engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions and product workflows, owning the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from estimation and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring to improve user experience, productivity, and organizational efficiency.

Design, build, and ship scalable cloud-native backend services from concept to production.

Contribute to enterprise-level systems using Python or Go and related frameworks

Leverage engineering practices, including development to accelerate delivery while writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong ownership of quality through reviews and documentation.

Enable reliable delivery of new features and services through effective infrastructure and deployment practices, while optimizing system performance, reliability, scalability, and developer workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

Relevant full time or internship experience in Backend/ Fullstack/Software development

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networks, and databases.

Strong experience with Python or Go

Familiarity with object-oriented programming, RESTful API design, and relational database design.

Experience working in Linux development environments, with exposure to Docker and Nginx.

Passion for coding, innovation, and solving complex technical challenges.

Experience in web security and designing or developing large-scale distributed systems is preferred.

Strong ownership of product delivery, with the ability to drive backend initiatives from planning to production.
