What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?

Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.

Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.

Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
