About the role

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Food and drinks are at the heart of The Social Hub experience, and you'll be the one making it all happen. As our Restaurant Manager, you'll lead the outlets across restaurant, bar, café, and events, making sure guests leave with stories to tell and reasons to come back. You'll work side by side with our Head Chef to keep service and kitchen in sync, while building a motivated team that knows how to deliver quality with energy. You'll also keep a close eye on budgets and performance without losing sight of the guest experience.

This role is all about balancing creativity, operations, and people leadership. If you're a coach at heart, a strategist by nature, and thrive on empowering others to shine: This is your playground.

In Case You Don't Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues to deliver smooth, guest-first operations.

Work closely with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams for seamless coordination.

Maintain top-tier service standards and make sure every outlet hits the mark on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Engage with guests on the floor, gather feedback, and drive improvements that wow.

Collaborate on innovative menus and beverage programs that align with market trends and brand identity.

Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L performance, then take action to meet and exceed targets.

Develop promotions and activations in partnership with marketing to boost revenue and visibility.

Support and energize team training, development, and performance, building a strong, positive culture.

What You'll Have

At least 2 years of experience leading multi-outlet F&B operations in a high-volume setting.

Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar, and event teams with a collaborative, guest-focused approach.

Strong financial acumen; budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership are second nature to you.

A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating memorable experiences.

Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

Emotional intelligence and resilience. You thrive in fast-paced environments with confidence and care.

Experience using digital tools to streamline operations and enhance team performance.

What We Offer

The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we're a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future.

The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground

and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change

The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth.

Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!

A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff.

At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn't depend on who negotiates best.

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
