About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Specialist to provide hands-on clinical support and help drive the adoption of innovative medical technologies across hospitals in Brazil.
In this role, you'll work closely with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals by providing clinical support during surgical procedures, delivering product training, and ensuring healthcare teams gain the confidence and knowledge needed to achieve the best patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site clinical support during surgical procedures, including product demonstrations and intraoperative troubleshooting.
Deliver product training and educational sessions for surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff.
Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
Partner with the commercial team to support customer engagement, product adoption, and business growth.
Assist with clinical evaluations, product trials, and new product launches.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, hospital policies, and company quality standards.
Gather clinical feedback, market intelligence, and competitor insights to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities, case coverage, and training records.
Travel extensively throughout Brazil to provide clinical support and customer engagement.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
3–7 years of experience as a Clinical Specialist or Clinical Support Specialist within the medical device industry.
Hands-on experience supporting surgical procedures, preferably in:
Wound Closure
Endo Surgery
Orthopedics
Related surgical specialties
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working in operating room environments and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting product launches and clinical evaluations.
Existing relationships with hospitals, surgeons, or healthcare institutions.
Experience working closely with sales teams in the MedTech industry.

Compensation
Salary: BRL 8,000 – 11,000 per month
