About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and AI solutions to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will work on cutting-edge AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and Agentic AI, to solve complex business problems and create scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to address business challenges.

Lead initiatives in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI/ML frameworks.

Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure scalable and reliable AI solutions.

Develop and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and interactions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure high accuracy and robustness.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and related technologies, and incorporate them into projects.

Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data science and AI development.

Document methodologies, models, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.

About youTechnical Skills & Expertise

Primary Skills:

Python programming for data science and AI development.

Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar.

Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks for CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.

Knowledge of Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents.

Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI solutions.

Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

Knowledge of databases and data management.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience Range: 8+ years in IT, data science, AI/ML, or related fields.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Proven track record of developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, MLOps, and Agentic AI systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate

Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer

Certified Data Scientist (CDS)

Deep Learning Specialization (Coursera)

Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP)
