Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Location: Senoko Loop

Job Descriptions:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.

Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.

Proven track record in recruiting technical and engineering talent, with experience hiring blue-collar and operational workforce as well as support function roles.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
