Mobile & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, BR Customer Engagement

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to own and scale Mobile Engagement as part of our broader Customer Lifecycle strategy in Brazil. You will define how we convert app downloaders into active, recurring purchasers by designing engagement programs that drive early activation, habit formation, and long-term retention. You will own the mobile app and lifecycle incentves investment budget, partner with product and tech teams to shape the engagement roadmap, and work closely with cross-functional teams (Categories, Prime, Marketing, Product) to influence app adoption across the organization. This role requires someone who combines product thinking with marketing expertise, thrives in ambiguity, and can influence partners without direct authority to unlock growth at scale.

Key job responsibilities

Define and own the Mobile Engagement strategy end-to-end: vision, roadmap, KPIs, and investment priorities as a core pillar of the customer lifecycle framework.

Own and manage the mobile app and lifecycle incentives budget: define allocation criteria, track efficiency, and optimize investment across cohorts.

Lead experimentation at scale: design test frameworks, prioritize A/B tests across engagement channels and content types, and translate learnings into scalable strategies.

Provide strategic direction for app-exclusive programs (ex: App-only Deals) ensuring they contribute to lifecycle progression goals.

Influence cross-functional partners (Categories, Prime, Outbound Marketing, Product/Tech) to prioritize app adoption and mobile-first capabilities.

Own the engagement performance narrative: benchmarks, reporting cadences, and investment efficiency tracking.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in professional non-internship marketing

Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs
