Financial Services Representative

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and professional experience for every customer who visits the branch

Accurately process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash transactions

Build customer relationships by identifying financial needs and connecting customers with products, services, and banking experts who can help

Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service solutions, helping them bank with greater convenience and confidence

Contribute to branch growth through referrals, appointment setting, and customer outreach activities

Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, security, compliance, and risk management in every interaction

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience is helpful, but not required; we value potential, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
