Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing automotive showroom. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering an outstanding buying experience.

Automotive sales experience is an advantage, but candidates with a strong sales background and a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on company-generated leads and customer enquiries.

Convert enquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.

Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.

Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Prepare quotations and complete all required sales documentation.

Promote accessories, warranties, and value-added services.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Build long-term customer relationships through excellent after-sales service.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements

Previous sales experience is required.

Automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Good organizational and follow-up abilities.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Language Requirements

Fluent English (spoken and written) – Required

Hindi / Arabic – Preferred
