Network Manager Field Sales / Partner Network Sales (m/f/d)
About the role
DACH region (remote-based)Full-time
At Goodsmith, we see ourselves as a partner to the trade. As a hoof protection specialist, we focus consistently on the functional requirements of the equine hoof and its long-term health under real-world load conditions. Our positions are derived from a deep understanding of hoof physiology and hoof mechanics - we argue purely on technical grounds, not ideologically.
We do not work against traditions, but rather in collaboration with farriers, hoof care practitioners, specialist retailers, as well as farrier schools and training centres. Our movement-friendly, adaptable systems are designed to complement professional working processes and to support the preservation of the hoof mechanism. To further our network, we are looking for someone who speaks the language of the field, builds long-term relationships, and represents our brand on the ground.
Your role
You are the face of Goodsmith in the field and the interface with our partners. Your role is to build and maintain long-term collaborations on equal footing. You move confidently across the full breadth of the industry: one day you advise a farrier, the next you present our solutions to the management of a training centre, and on the weekend you represent us at a trade fair or workshop. You persuade through professional substance and well-founded arguments.
Your responsibilities
Network and partner management: You look after our existing network and actively acquire new dealers, hoof care professionals and farriers for our systems.
Cooperation with educational institutions: You support hoof schools, training centres and other educational institutions to firmly establish movement-oriented hoof protection.
Market presence: You represent Goodsmith at trade fairs, industry events and workshops directly on site.
Interface with product development: You systematically gather valuable feedback from practitioners and instructors and pass it on to our internal team.
Holistic approach: You work closely with our management, marketing and operations teams.
Your Profile
Industry knowledge & hands-on background: You have sound knowledge of the equine industry, ideally with a background in hoof care, farriery, or a related field. You understand what matters when it comes to the hoof.
Strong communication on equal footing: You convince through a calm, factual, and approachable demeanor. You strike the right tone in a trade workshop just as well as in exchanges with the heads of training centers.
Experience in sales or partner management: You enjoy building relationships, can listen well, and explain systems precisely based on technical necessity.
Structured way of working & willingness to travel: You organize your trips within the DACH region independently and on your own responsibility from your home office. You receive support from your colleagues at the Goodsmith headquarters.
