Purpose of the Position
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and ensuring excellent customer service in line with VKB Fuels’ standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve all beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Provide friendly, efficient service and assist customers with beverage choices.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and front-of-house areas.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complete cleaning and operational checklists.
Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification.
Previous barista or hospitality experience advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
