At Europa Worldwide Group, we're looking for exceptional talent to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract as Trainee Customer Account Managers across our Air & Sea Freight and Road Freight divisions. From the offset, you will gain hands-on exposure to Business Development, Client Engagement and Operational Support. With a commercial mind and the desire to build a long-term career in logistics, this opportunity offers a clear pathway into leadership and a permanent role, where available.
What you'll do:
Retain and grow existing customer accounts by strengthening relationships and identifying opportunities for account development
Provide competitive, commercially informed quotes and pricing
Oversee day-to-day customer operations, ensuring service levels and financial targets are achieved
Manage the full customer service cycle, including quotes, consignments and customs compliance
Engage existing customers to drive additional revenue
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence
