Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Strategy Business Partner Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in data analysis to uncover insights and shape strategy. Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary source of data-driven insights, providing actionable recommendations to the City Manager and commercial directors.

Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, opportunities, and efficiencies across Didi Food.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring the business stays on track to meet its goals.

Lead strategic projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and optimize processes.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

Role Qualifications:

Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable isnights.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Fluent in English and Spanish

2-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
