We're Hiring: Procurement Analyst II
Are you a strategic procurement professional with strong sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills? We're looking for a Procurement Analyst II to join our team and support procurement operations across multiple countries and business units.
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities
Support regional procurement processes across diverse countries and business units.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including:
RFQs and quotations
Supplier evaluation and selection
Commercial negotiations
Manage purchasing activities across direct and indirect categories, including: IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Real Estate & Professional Services
Support pre-sales activities by ensuring fast and competitive quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms to:
Reduce costs
Mitigate risks
Deliver measurable savings
Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
Support import and export processes.
Prepare management reports and analyze procurement KPIs.
Assist in supplier contract administration and management.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies, processes, and KPIs.
Successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
Degree completed or in progress in: Business Administration / Foreign Trade / International Relations / Economics / Related fields
Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst or equivalent role.
Experience in strategic sourcing for direct and indirect categories.
Knowledge of supplier negotiations and Strategic Sourcing methodologies.
Experience supporting import and export activities.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
Advanced English proficiency.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
