Unify CX is looking for an extraordinary Company Nurse to join our motivated and ambitious team.

Role: Company Nurse

Work Location/Setup: Philippines | On-Site

Shift Schedule: 5-day work week | Shifting Schedule | Graveyard

What Will You Do?

As the Company Nurse is responsible for providing healthcare support and managing employee wellness within the organization during the project’s duration. This includes administering first aid, managing medical records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. The role also involves conducting health assessments, promoting health and safety protocols, and addressing any occupational health concerns or emergencies that may arise, all while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.

The position will be based in our Philippine call center in Quezon City:

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees on-site.

Monitor and manage employee health and wellness during the project period.

Maintain and update employee medical records in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with healthcare providers for ongoing medical needs and referrals.

Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and health regulations.

Promote health and safety awareness through training and guidance.

Handle occupational health concerns and emergencies efficiently.

Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.

Support in the development and implementation of health and safety programs.

Who Are You:

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

Required Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

Proven experience in a healthcare or occupational health setting, preferably in a corporate or industrial environment.

Certification in First Aid and CPR.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and occupational health standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle emergency situations and provide immediate care.

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards in medical practice.

Basic understanding of workplace ergonomics and health promotion.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Occupational Health Nurse certification (COHN) or equivalent.

Experience in a project-based or temporary healthcare role.

Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and labor laws.

Advanced First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

Experience with wellness programs and employee health initiatives.

Familiarity with ergonomic assessments and workplace safety audits.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

Ability to work with diverse teams and manage cross-functional communication.

Proficiency in healthcare software for record-keeping and reporting.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities for diverse work environments.
