About the role1. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Savings
Anticipate future sourcing needs using sales pipeline data.
Identify upcoming deals that can be supported by sourcing.
Drive cost-saving opportunities through early engagement.
2. Performance Management & ESG
Define and track regional OKRs, especially around savings and ESG targets.
Serve as the regional ESG owner and key contact for project sourcing teams.
Monitor sourcing performance, analyze data, and provide management reporting.
3. Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing
Identify skill gaps and training needs within the region.
Work with Sourcing Excellence teams to develop upskilling programs.
Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing forums.
4. Governance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage sourcing governance and deal qualification processes with Sales.
Partner with Sourcing Operations to improve team effectiveness, digitalization, and process maturity.
Coordinate regional sourcing communications, channels, and events.
5. Supply Chain Risk Management
Identify and assess regional supply chain risks.
Develop and manage risk mitigation plans.
Support crisis management and business continuity efforts.
