We are looking for an experienced and motivated Nail Technician Manager to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled nail technician who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to work with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, acrylic and gel nail treatments.

Lead, support and motivate the salon's nail technician team.

Maintain consistently high standards of treatments and customer service.

Train and support new and existing team members.

Help organise staff schedules, appointments and daily salon operations.

Monitor stock levels and ensure nail products and supplies are available.

Ensure strict hygiene, sanitation and health and safety standards are followed.

Handle client enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.

Keep the team up to date with new nail trends, techniques and products.

Support the continued growth and success of the Londora salon.

What We're Looking For

Strong professional experience as a Nail Technician.

Experience leading or supervising a salon team is preferred.

Excellent skills in manicures, pedicures and gel polish.

Experience with BIAB, acrylics, gel extensions and nail art is highly desirable.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Professional, reliable and positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and confidently manage a team.

Relevant nail or beauty qualifications are preferred, although candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered.
