In this mission, we are searching for our business area Loan Management in Madrid an employee with immediate effect as

Loan Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Preparation of simple to complex loan applications from a market perspective, including cash flow analyses and rating preparation, taking into account the bank's credit risk strategy within the deal team

Management of customer relationships in the context of new business and existing business

Responsibility for the CP, CS, ICP, and disbursement processes as well as for collateralization

Ongoing risk monitoring and portfolio monitoring

Maintenance and quality assurance of all relevant process data in the systems

Collaboration on projects

Your skills

Completed university degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, or comparable knowledge acquired through practical experience (e.g., banking apprenticeship, banking specialist)

Several years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the areas of real estate, corporate finance, structured finance, or investment banking

Project experience is an advantage

Good knowledge of the relevant real estate markets

In-depth knowledge of complex financial structures and risk management

In-depth knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of databases (SAP)

Business fluent English skills; additional language skills, especially German, are an advantage
