About us:

The Workforce Advisory and Services Team enables people-focused, operationally excellent workforce outcomes across CHHHS. By embedding capability, consistency, and care into every interaction, the team drives a connected and responsive workforce experience.

In this role you will:

Provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders positively representing the Recruitment and Talent Services unit and provide a professional and positive experience for Hiring Managers and both internal and external candidates.

Assist with continual process improvement initiatives as it relates to the provision of recruitment services.

Provide assistance on a range of matters including the application of recruitment and selection policies and proceedures as well as relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and successfully implement up to date knowledge of legislation, directives, policies, and procedures relating to all recruitment practices.

Adhere to relevant Queensland Health policies and standards and relevant legislative requirements, providing feedback on recommendations for improvements to Line Managers.
