About the role

UX/UI Designer

Bharat Digital Limited is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to create clear, accessible and effective digital experiences for websites, web applications and client products. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our London office.

Salary: £43,800–£45,000 per year

Location: London E12 6BT (in person)

What you will do

Turn business and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interface designs.

Plan and support user research, usability testing and design validation.

Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile using Figma.

Build and maintain reusable components, design systems and clear developer hand-off documentation.

Work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery and iteration.

Review implemented interfaces for visual accuracy, accessibility and usability.

Present design decisions clearly and respond constructively to feedback.

What we are looking for

A strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX/UI work and your design reasoning.

Professional experience designing responsive websites, web applications or digital products.

Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, auto layout and prototyping.

Good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.

Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility principles and inclusive design.

Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Understanding of HTML and CSS is useful, but this is primarily a design role.
