Payment Product Manager

Responsibilities

Own cross-border payment requirements, product solution design, and PRD documentation.

Drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and solution design through testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.

Lead the integration of new payment methods and payment providers, and support payment solutions for new business launches.

Monitor payment success rates, provider stability, and customer issues, and drive continuous improvements.

Analyze payment performance across countries, issuing banks, and payment methods.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in payment products, transaction platforms, or digital products.

Proven ability to independently manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements to launch.

Familiar with payment, order, refund, payout, settlement, or account-related processes.

Strong analytical, project execution, and cross-functional communication skills.

Good understanding of payment operations and payment performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cross-border payments, international e-commerce, or virtual goods.

Experience in payment success rate optimization, routing, provider integration, PCI compliance, or risk management.

Familiarity with SQL, BI, or AI tools.
