Web3 Product Manager

I. Strategy and Direction

Define product vision, roadmap, and North Star metrics, aligning with trends in DeFi, NFTs, wallets, and public chains.

Research on-chain data, competitor mechanisms, and user behavior to balance innovation, security, and compliance.

Design the token economic model (allocation, release, incentives, governance) and economic closed loop.

II. Design and Implementation

Streamline smart contract interactions, permissions, multi-signature, cross-chain processes, and output clear requirements and acceptance standards.

Coordinate development, security, design, and legal departments to drive auditing, testing, and deployment, controlling irreversible risks.

Optimize core experiences such as wallets, trading, staking, and governance, lowering barriers to entry and improving user retention.

III. Data, Compliance, and Community

Use on-chain tools (Dune, DefiLlama, etc.) to track TVL, activity, and security events to drive iteration.

Follow local regulations (AML, licenses, asset classification) to ensure product compliance.

Connect with the community and DAO. Governance: Incorporating feedback, transparent communication, and maintaining ecological consensus.

IV. Collaboration and Iteration: Coordinating across departments and with ecosystem partners to promote asset integration, blockchain upgrades, and functional expansion.

Responding quickly to market changes, taking small, rapid steps, and dynamically adjusting routes and strategies.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
