Education Consultant (Sales Executive)

The Digital Learning Institute is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive / Education Consultant to join its team. The Digital Learning Institute empowers individuals and organizations to excel in the rapidly evolving world of AI and e-learning by providing innovative, accessible, and transformative educational experiences, industry-standard certifications, and continuous professional development opportunities.

The primary purpose of the position is to establish and develop direct relationships from inbound leads to drive enrolment targets.

Location: Our office is located in the Media Cube at IADT, Dun Laoghaire, where hot desks are available for use at any time. While the role can be carried out remotely within the Republic of Ireland, we meet in person at least once per quarter for planning sessions and team socials. Please note that the office is the designated place of work, and while on-site attendance is occasional, we reserve the right to request in-person presence with as much notice as possible.

In order to achieve speed to lead targets you may be asked to work US hours.

Responsibilities

To consult with individuals about the best course to meet their needs and to close them as a customer and student at the Digital Learning Institute.

To manage direct relationships by providing excellent customer service.

To maintain a clean sales pipeline through effective use of the CRM.

To perform administrative tasks related to sales.

To meet and exceed targets and sales activities.

Skills & Requirements

A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an inside sales role dealing with consultative sales.

Highly organised and efficient.

Experience working within a highly CRM centric sales organisation. Hubspot experience is a plus but not required.

Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

High-energy problem solver who thrives in a demanding sales environment.

Empathetic and trustworthy, treats people with respect

Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written)

Education market experience a plus, but individuals from any consultative selling background are invited to apply
