About the role:

We are now seeking a highly motivated GTM Associate to join our team and play a critical role in shaping our future. In this role, you will work directly with the company's founder responsible for demand generation and go to market activities, collaborating closely to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You will have the autonomy to lead and implement growth initiatives across various channels, leveraging your expertise to acquire, engage, and retain prospective customers.

This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, analytical skills, project management, and a growth mindset. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and referral, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for our company.

What you'll do:

- Develop, test, and iterate on go-to-market strategies to drive new prospects and increase engagement

- Create and validate data-informed customer segmentation and targeting strategies

- Own and execute on your ideas

- Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy

- Use data to inform decisions and track progress
