About the role

About the Role

As a Senior Adobe Martech Specialist, you'll be the ultimate subject matter expert in designing, configuring, and maximizing our clients' enterprise Adobe ecosystems. Working alongside strategists, designers, developers, and enterprise stakeholders, you will act as a senior technical executor and advisor, ensuring that data, content, and workflows connect seamlessly across the Adobe Experience Cloud.

This role is tailored for a senior professional who has deep, hands-on mastery of modern, decoupled Adobe solutions. You will step into complex client environments to bridge the gap between enterprise marketing strategies and deep technical implementation—translating ambitious business goals into functional, unified Adobe architectures.

To succeed, you’ll bring an expert understanding of real-time data structures, customer journey orchestration, and marketing resource management within the Adobe stack. You should be highly comfortable navigating multi-platform Adobe integrations, managing complex stakeholder requirements in a consulting environment, and turning customer data into personalized experiences.

What You’ll Do

Profile Unification & Data Flow: Architect and manage data ingestion, schema configuration, and audience profile unification within Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).

Journey Orchestration: Build, test, and launch advanced multi-channel customer journeys, real-time trigger workflows, and dynamic messaging layers using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

Cross-Channel Analytics: Configure data views and analyze end-to-end customer interaction paths using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to deliver actionable operational insights.

Content & Personalization: Collaborate with content and development teams to map asset pipelines, manage personalization rules, and ensure seamless delivery from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to downstream execution channels.

Operations & Workflow Automation: Standardize and optimize marketing intake processes, project visibility, and campaign orchestration workflows utilizing Adobe Workfront.

Technical Advisory: Serve as the primary Adobe Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients and internal teams, mapping out platform capabilities and steering technology recommendations.

Ecosystem Governance: Audit platform health, manage user permissions, oversee data destination configurations, and ensure strict alignment with global data privacy frameworks.

Operational Blueprints: Author and maintain highly detailed architectural documentation, operational runbooks, and training frameworks for enterprise-level end-users.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of professional experience in a marketing technology, consulting, or systems integration role, with a strict focus on enterprise marketing clouds.

Deep, hands-on configuration experience across the core modern Adobe stack: Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Workfront.

Proven experience working directly with enterprise clients, capturing business requirements, and executing technical deployments.

Strong understanding of relational data models, identity resolution, enterprise data schemas, and API-driven integrations.

Familiarity with marketing resource management (MRM) frameworks and how to align operational toolsets like Workfront with technical execution toolsets like AJO.

Excellent technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills, with a track record of troubleshooting complex multi-platform data sync errors.

Superb communication and organizational skills, with the ability to confidently lead the technical delivery of large-scale Adobe initiatives.
