Buscamos Operations Manager DLM para nuestro centro de Alicante.

El perfil que buscamos es el de una persona activa y resolutiva, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo, con orientación al servicio.

Lo que harás en un día típico:

Coordinación y supervisión de las operaciones diarias, así como apoyo de la resolución de incidencias del equipo.

Gestión y supervisión del equipo de plantilla y personal de ETT.

Elaboración y seguimiento de KPI’s.

Soporte a la operativa.

Trato con proveedores de transporte.

Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de operaciones.

Velar por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos / políticas de seguridad.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de transporte.

Lo que necesitas para tener éxito en XPO:

Capacidad para liderar, crear equipos de trabajo y motivar

Habilidad en la resolución de conflictos, resolutiva y con toma de decisiones

Persona con iniciativa y flexibilidad, capacidad de gestión, clara orientación al cliente.

Capacidad para planificar y organizar procesos volátiles/cambiantes

Valorable inglés nivel B2
