Global Sourcing Manager Service (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Global Sourcing Manager Service (m/f/d) to support the Global Sourcing Service Materials (GSSM) Department to ensure the global sourcing strategy through the different areas and functions across the business and performing the following key tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers in mechanical systems

Develop and implement global commodity strategies with internal stakeholders

Align sourcing strategies across production, local offices, and spare parts management

Coordinate supplier activities across the value chain, including projects and service delivery

Drive cost reduction initiatives and localization strategies

Lead price and capacity negotiations to secure best-in-class conditions

Manage tenders and RFQs from selection to contracting

YOUR PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or related field

For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required

3+ years’ experience in sourcing roles

At least C1 level in English to communicate with stakeholders around the world

Strong understanding of global and local legislation and governance frameworks

Analytical and problem solver mindset

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to travel
