IN A NUTSHELL…

Bellroy makes carry goods that sell across dozens of markets, in several currencies, through both our own channels and wholesale partners. That makes the planning picture genuinely complex, and this role owns it from end to end. You'll run the annual budget, the 4+8 and 8+4 rolling forecasts, and the five-year long-term plan, pulling inputs from every business unit into a consolidated, board-ready view. Reporting to the CFO, you sit close to where the real decisions get made.

The technical craft matters here, but so does what you do with it. You'll be the finance business partner that channel leads and department heads come to when they need to understand what's actually driving their numbers. That means building models people trust, turning balance sheet movements into plain language, and flagging a risk or an opportunity before anyone else has spotted it.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF YOU HAVE…

At least five years in FP&A or finance business partnering, ideally somewhere mid-to-large, where you've owned a full planning cycle rather than just fed into one.

Built and delivered budgets, forecasts and long-range plans from the ground up, which means you also know the places they tend to break.

Real fluency in an enterprise FP&A tool such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC or Adaptive Insights, and you treat model governance and data integrity as part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Excel modelling strong enough that other people ask you to sanity-check theirs.

The ability to put P&L and balance sheet analysis in front of senior stakeholders and hold the room, including the ones who don't think in spreadsheets.

Worked shoulder to shoulder with non-finance leaders, and can turn a variance into something they can actually do something about.

Comfort with multi-currency, globally operating businesses, and ideally some time spent with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker to make the numbers easier to see.
